Help Bricked phone...

I recently bricked my phone, and nothing I do helps. Everything was okay until I flashed a boot.img for the SuPrimo ROM. I did a data/cache wipe, restored the backup I had... It always gets stuck at the "HTC quietly Brilliant" screen with the red warning below. I don't know what to do... Any help?

Solved. The problem started with the flashing of the boot.img from the custom rom, so it occurred to me that flashing the boot.img from the backup would help. it did. Now it all works like it used to
