Any tips on how to fix it? Anyone know where to find the firmware? And what's the best version of odin to use? Is there any way to fix it without using a pc?

You can't fix a bricked phone without a pc. If you can boot into download mode then follow the instructions on this page [INDEX][SGH-T599x][FIRMWARE] | Samsung Galaxy S III Mini | XDA Forums. If you can't boot into download mode or recovery mode than you're screwed. I don't think the version of odin really matters. I've used multiple versions.
