Can i reinstall Android !!! if yes please guide me...i want my phone back

Motafoca aka MAD Team is a reputed developer . .They have ported clockworkmod recovery and cyanogenmod to Galaxy 5 .
That is a froyo port but is dated and the site is not that of the original developer
