Root Bricked?

I was running back-up in CWM and my Optimus T got stuck on a screen with this in the upper left handed corner:

Fastboot mode started
udc_start ()
--suspend--

Is this phone bricked beyond repair?

i have the same issue right now plugged it into my computer but windows only sees it as android and no drivers work for it. a friend of mine has the same phone and we plugged his in and it was recognized.
