So a friend of mine wanted to rood and install a custom rom. So before he did this he tried to use the Kies to upgrade to 2.2 before he could get the upgrade complete the USB cable came unpluged in download mode. and Kies Told him to reboot into "Emergency Recovery" Not giving him any buttons to push he then pressed the emergency recovery button started to do the recovery now he can't turn on his phone what can he do to get his phone working again
UPDATE: my friend called T-Mobile and told them about the issue. Seeing as this was his second replacement they offered to switch it out for something of a different make and model. He said he went with an HTC Sensation 4G would this be a good phone?
