Put it in the microwave on 70% for 3 minutes 32 seconds.
Seriously, if your phone will not turn on at all nor charge, then you truly have a brick and there is nothing you can do.
To clarify, I'm sure you have seen/read millions of threads about 'bricked' phones, but if the phone will power on at all, then it is not 'bricked' therefore the title of the thread is actually misleading.
A truly bricked phone will act just like a brick. Just sit there like a brick. No power, nothing.
