Help Brightness issue

Despite having my Brightness setting on my S3 set on maximum whenever I open my the Browser the screen dims! Then when I close the Browser by pressing the Home button for an instant while the Browser closes the brightness increases.

Can someone explain why this is so because in reality the brightness of the Broswer isn't that high despite the S3's Brightness setting being on Max.

All other screens and applications are at an acceptable level of brightness.

If u press the menu button it shows a brightness setting there. The broader does it to conserve battery. Manually change the brightness with that brightness tab that shows up after pressing menu button and u might have to scroll down a bit

I think it's in power saver settings somewhere there's a checkbox that says something about dimming screen when in browser to conserve battery. Un check it.
