Brightness Slider in Notification dropdown

On my S3 in the notification dropdown there is a cool feature like below, which is the Brightness slider.

Sadly it's not on the Nexus 7.

Is there any way to get it on my tablet in the notification area?

Paranoid android and aokp both have this option

no brightness slider in my notification drop down screen,in fact apart from new clock on unlock screen cannot see any real difference.there is the swipe facility on the keyboard but if you swipe the letter i,it stops swiping and gives a list of i's in different languages.

There are two pull-down screens now--Left and right depending on which side you start the pull-down.
Pull down the right hand settings screen. These buttons are separated from the notifications on the left hand pull down. One of those buttons is brightness which opens the slider.

An alternative to Power Toggles is Notification Toggle, in Play. It can set custom values for the various brightness settings to tap through.
