Help Brightness

Hey I wanted to know if you would help me. On my Dragon Touch android tablet, when I try to adjust my brightness it doesnt change. It just stays on the highest setting, killing my battery too. I tried a factory reset but it didnt work.

I moved your thread here as we do not have a dedicated forum for your device.
So when you adjust the brightness slider, it does not change? Is the "auto brightness" box checked, or unchecked?

Yeah it doesnt do anything, not even auto brightness. And sorry this is super duper late
