Help Brilliant Corners 1.3.1 Install

Hello All!

I have what is probably a dumb question. I recently flashed the Brilliant Corners ROM on to my G-Tab based on the instructions from GTablet for Dummies, with a bit of additional assistance from xmr495o here on the forums (thanks again! ).

I have Brilliant Corners 1.3.0 installed and running well, but how do I "upgrade" it to 1.3.1? Do I just follow the instructions for flashing a new ROM with the 1.3.1 files? The Dummies site does not go in to detail about anything after installing the primary ROM...

download the 1.3.1 file to your tablet, then boot into recovery, clear cache, flash your ROM, clear dalvik cache (in the advanced menu), reboot, and enjoy! you should not need to wipe data between installs if you are simply upgrading versions of the same ROM. if you want to make a backup of 1.3, do it before you clear anything or install 1.3.1. this will allow you to go back to 1.3 if you have any issues with the new version.

Hello Android Forums,
First, thanks for all the great stuff you all do here. I followed the instructions and successfully installed Brilliant Corners 1.3.0 and 1.3.1. My build.prop shows the 1.3.1, but the settings just have Brilliant Corners listed (under about and model #). Anyway, I am having a problem finding some apps in the market. Most appear, but weatherbug, skype, and others do not appear in the market. When I try to use the market via the web, the Market indicates "device not compatible". I checked the build.prop and it says olympus for the device. I have searched the forums for "device not compatible" and get a big zero on the results. I have also tried google, but most of the info is quite old. Help?? Also, if this should be in a different area of the forum, please let me know. I thought it may be specific to Brilliant Corners and the G-tablet. Thanks!

Well I fixed the error by applying the standard market fix (market, clear cache, force stop, google services, clear data, force stop, reboot, open market, force stop on market, reopen market) and it worked! I can see the apps that were not appearing before.

When updating from Brilliant Corners 1.3.0 to 1.3.1, do I just need the 1.3.1 supplementary zip or do I also need the entire 1.3.0 zip

Any idea how long the update would take
