Help Broke my phone

I was moving furniture and my phone broke. Part of the plastic frame came out along with the 2d/3d switch for the camera. The battery life was reduced and its hard to charge. I have the phone insurance.... I tried looking but I couldnt find where to file the claim. Does anyone know where I file the claim and what I should say when I file the claim? Is there also a way to change the phone I get?


I was also s-off and rooted should I change to a stock rom?

If you haven't had the phone for a while, I suggest you send it to VIrgin. They are great with returns.

You might have to do it on virgins site.

Unless Virgin is completely out of replacement phones there's no way to get a different device, no need to worry about returning your phone to stock, over the years I've personally exchanged about a dozen rooted and rommed devices without a problem.
