Root Broke the golden rule

So I broke the golden rule and didn't do a Nandriod backup before I started messing with my rooted phone. I uninstalled Friendstream.APK and now I can't seem to get it reinstalled. I tried loading the APK to my sdcard and installing it in Astro but that doesn't seem to work.

So how can I get it to reinstall, I saw something about an Android SDK and I have no idea how to use that. Any help is appreciated.

On a side note would it be easier to just do the downgrade to the official 2.2? I didn't install a rom so if that would reinstall everything that would work as well.

You have to use ADB. I had the same issue and just did a fresh install, but you can do it without having to wipe and reinstall.

If you were stock before except for the apps you removed, you can flash this rom without wiping data but do a nandroid just in case.
