Tuesday I noticed voice input stopped working. Verizon tried everything but a hard reset which I didn't want to do because it's such a pain setting things up again. I could live without voice input I thought. Wednesday I get a call and get hear anything. I return the call and my friend can't hear me. So now audio doesn't work. Back to the Verizon store, this time no choice but a hard reset. Still doesn't work. Verizon is magnanimously sending a replacement which is probably a refurbished phone. It takes 5 days to get it.
If I want to pay for expedited shipping, 2 days. Yea right.
