Help Broken screen, how to get out sms ?

Hello =)

I got a broken screen on my Xperia Arc
Do someone know any options to read out sms messages from the phone using usb cable to a computer ?

I can not enter the pin code og anything on the screen, but i can turn the phone on and access the files through usb.

If i get a new arc, is it possible to copy everyting to the new one ?
