Help Broken screen. Need to navigate the menu blind.

Hello, guys. As the title says, my phone has all of its function minus the screen and I need to go turn on USB debugging blind.

Will anyone be kind enough to sit in front of their Rise and give me the approx. locations for each tap? There should only be a couple steps as long as we start by tapping and holding on the home screen and going directly to "system settings" a few inches down. Muchas gracias, friends.

"System settings" is at the very bottom of the screen.

Scroll the settings menu all the way to the bottom. Developer options is about 2cm or 3/4in up from the bottom.

USB debugging is the first option, about 1.5cm or 1/2in down from the top.
