Broken screen: recommendations?

So, last week, the screen on my Nexus 7 (16 GB) broke. Contacted Asus to see about a repair and they said it would cost at least $160, maybe more. With the fact that the 16 gig is now $199, I'm not sure it's even worth it to send it for repairs. What do people think on this?

Unforunately, your best bet is to sell the tablet as is on eBay, and use the proceeds to purchase a new one.

I have seen a couple go for around $100, but I don't know recently.
