Broken Screen

I dropped my Galaxy Note 2. The screen is not working at all and I cannot access Kies Air to obtain all of my pics, videos, etc. Any advice?
 
Unless you're capable of repairing it yourself, either bring it in for repair or buy a new phone. Then remember the old computer adage, "Any data you don't have backed up is data you didn't actually need."
