my wife screen on her Samsung stratosphere 2 is all cracked up. the display does not come on, but the phone does. she has pictures on the phone that she wants to get off the phone. Is there any possible way to get the pictures off the phone?

Connect the phone to a computer. (You may have to install drivers for the phone - You can get them at SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.)

If the computer sees the phone - it should - look for a DCIM folder. The pictures will be in folders inside that one. If there's an external card in the phone, there may be a DCIM folder both in the phone and on the card. Look in both of them. (They'll look like folders named Phone and Card in the phone, which will look like a hard drive.)

Then just copy the pictures to the computer, the same way you'd copy pictures from any other location in the computer - right-click/copy, right-click/paste, or ctrl-C, ctrl-V, or drag and drop or ... whatever you usually do.
