Help broken touch screen on tablet

I have a Polaroid touchscreen tablet that was dropped and glass is badly cracked. It wont work using the touch screen but does work when powered to the keyboard it came with. I want to set it back to factory set but have no idea how to do it.

I'm not familiar with that device, but do I understand that you can navigate around with the keyboard as you could with the touchscreen?
What is the device exactly?
Perhaps we have a forum for it?
