Broken your case or screen dont get robbed!

OK so the old timers on here know me but the new guys dont...

My X10 got ran over when I helped a stranger jump start their motor bike and it fell out my pocket as the bloke dropped the clutch and I pushed the bike over my phone!

Anyways, I had no insurance and never bothered sorted it as I was given use of the girlfriends Samsung galaxy portal which did every the X10 did just a little slower or better but Im getting it sorted and found the parts nice and cheap.

So if you have no insurance and you damage the digitiser screen or the LCD screen dont be fobbed of with stupid high prices for a fix from a local shop,. I found the outer case and screen for
 
as if FoneFunShop are still going. i used to order my bits for unlocking old nokia's from there :-) used to based nr me in good old sheffield.
Cracking find price wise tho pal.
 
Right...

I can now vouch for both the above linked shops, both items arrived the day after ordering and being an idiot I snapped the front button flex ribbon but its just over
 
Stupid indeed... I left the phone laid out on the ironing board and heard a noise looked round and he had pulled the broken button ribbon up even more and there he was going at the power button with no site of the volume buttons???

Found the link for buttons above from your post on another forum, I guessed it was you as its the same avatar.
 
Ah that Rosered gets about a bit! Yeah I am Suze over at Sony Ericsson and XDA (altho I don't visit XDA much these days).

Note to self... buy your cat some toys!!!
