Browse phone thru PC/free up space?

Hi, this is my first android phone. Is there a way to browse the internal phone memory through my pc, and which programs/files can I delete to free up space?

Finally, I can install programs to the SD, right?

I have installed a few programs, including Titanium Backup, and have successfully uninstalled appstore 1.5 - but it's still stored in memory, right? I'd rather back it up on my 3+ TB PC...I would like to uninstall more bloatware as I have experienced phones slowing due to little free ram.

Thanks for any help!

OK, according to this site, the Titanium Backup is stored on the SD card, which I can then swap out to my pc. Then I could hypothetically copy that back and restore, right? I will check memory usage to see if uninstalling a program removes it to the SD card?

once you plug it into the pc it will install divers and you will be prompted to start mass storage.. once you allow that the comp will install more drivers then see itr like a flash drive
