Help Browser.apk?!

Hey, so sorry for my previous thread, i finally was able to root my phone.

However, i think i deleted browser.apk in the process, now i cant download apps from the market at all (keep getting process.android.media crash error). Could someone please please please link me to the browser.apk file with instructions on how to install it?? Actually I stumbled across the browser.apk file for the LG optimus thread, would that do? If so, how do i install it? Thanks for helping out a noob.

Please help me, i'm tearing my hair out and have no idea really what i'm doing...

I would think you can download it to your comp then you'd be able to transfer/ install it on your phone. Might have to enable 3rd party apps on your phone. I'm not 100% sure about this but I think that should work.

Ok, so if i have an apk file, how exactly do i install it onto the android? I see all this stuff on /system/apps or something like that, those folders don't exist on my phone though. Also i do not have root explorer, and ironically have no way of obtaining it because i cannot access the market
