Browser Compatibility (need to be compatible with ie)

I just recently upgrade to Froyo on my Galaxy S Vibrant.
Before I did this, I could access a specific webpage,
since the update, I can not.

I need to access this page for work purposes and I think the problem is that I need an internet explorer compatible browser.

With 2.1 I went to a webpage that identified my browser as safari (at that may be the key to getting it to work with this site) now with 2.2 it identifies it as something else (I think it said linix but I am not sure now)

So does anyone know of way to make my browser SAY its compatible with IE or are there any other IE compatible browser apps that I can get?

Set the user agent in the browser. If your stock browser doesn't allow this or doesn't retain the user agent setting then try another browser. Most of the non-stock browsers will retain the user agent setting once you set it.
