Browser Help - Saving Link Target?

I would like to download my standard ringtone, the tone from the movie Crank. There is a website with a link directly to the mp3 file, but the only thing I can seem to do directly from the droid is listen to the file after clicking (no menu options while listening). Is there any way to select a link and save the target?

Obviously, I know I can download it on my computer and transfer the file, but where's the fun in that?

Have you tried long pressing on the Link?
