Everytime I try to access my email on my AT&T Captivate I just get a "loading" indication on the phone and it never does anything more. I'm wasting my data plan minutes when I try to do this and am getting frustrated that something may be wrong with the phone itself that's not allowing me to bring up my email. Anyone have a clue as to what may be causing this and how do I remedy it?

Tou might want to try doing a factory data reset on the phone to reset it back to a factory fresh state. Re-configure the phone and see if the problem re-creates itself.
