Help Browser keeps crashing

Hi there,

My fiance and I both have a HTC OneXL, both running the stock Telstra carrier firmware.

Both of us have the same problem - internet browsers will often freeze, then exit (with no error message), thus losing everything we're doing.

This happens no matter what browser we're both using.

So, any ideas what's going on?

Any common denominators? Any specific site or content the handsets are trying to load?

Are you using 3G/4G or Wifi?

Are you sure it's crashing and you're not going to another app and coming back and it has to reload?

I used to have the exact same problem. But ironically, one day it just went away.

try other browser let say firefox for example.i have the same problem .change to firefox never face the problem again

I highly suggest chrome, i use it on all my devices never really had a problem except lack of it allowing use of flash but if i need that il go to stock
