Hi, I got a new SN2 today, yay!
But I HATE the browser
On my previous phone, an HTC Incredible S, it would re-arrange the text to get it to fit the screen, regardless of how far or close I zoomed. This Note thing doesn't really do that, and at best just seems to zoom and scrunch a bit, and then won't let you zoom in any further.
It's generally OK, for general sites, generally - but hopeless on sites with small text! I end up squinting at the screen from a couple of inches away. It's hideous.
I've tried Chrome and no great improvement - both seem complete clumsy garbage compared to my HTC.
Is that some aspect of HTC "Sense" that's missing on Samsungs, or is there something wrong with my phone or what?
Or any other browser that deffo DOES re-size and re-arrange text to fit the zoom level?
I use Chrome on my main PC (using it right now) but can't say I'm keen on it as a phone browser. Everything seems tiny and if you DO manage to zoom in to read text, any inline graphs or images mean you have to zoom back out again. I seem to end up spending more time pinching and poking at the screen than I do reading anything.
