browser wont connect

hi guys
my wife has a chinese N900 tablet using android version 4.0.4. although it is showing that i am connected to the wi fi every time i use the browser it wont connect and just says sorru browser has stopped working. any ideas how i can rctify this please? its driving me nuts

Hi Dibby7 welcome to AF.

Sounds like it's malfunctioning due to poor quality. Have you tried resetting it to factory defaults? Failing that suggest you RMA it for a replacement or refund, a refund is preferable.
