Help Browser won't open New Windows in Android

Hello,
I have a Samsung- Galaxy Tab 4.

There is website that I go to with my PC and when I click on a certain link, a New Window opens with some pop up information.

I can never get that new Window to open on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 even though i checked that javascript is enabled in the browser.

What else could interfere with Javascript?

I've tried Firefox (updated to latest), Google Chrome (updated to latest) and the generic Samsung browser that came on the device.

Are you viewing the site in Mobile mode or Desktop mode? Because websites may do different things, if you're using a computer or a mobile device.

Could you post the link of the site?
If it happens to others at least that indicates the site itself is probably the problem, and not with your phone nor with whatever browser app you're using.

RESOLVED
The issue was that the web page lacked proper HTML HEADERS

Once properly added, javascript began to work as expected.
