Bssid is not getting changed while roaming

Hi i have developed an app which will give the details of IP,SSID,BSSID,RSSI,MACID when connected to any AP.So now my requirement is when we roam from AP1 to AP2 (same SSID),the BSSID will change automatically.So if by any means we can capture that BSSID in the roaming scenario.Any broadcast receiver which gives that info will be helpful.
