Essentially, it's a smaller device that provides limited control over a slightly larger device? For $100? From the pics and Sony's web site, the watch function is limited to a ultra tiny time display in the upper left hand corner. The band looks like a piece of Velcro. It adds up to a big dorky looking barely functional watch. It looks to me like it's more intended to be carried via a belt clip, at which point it's not much more convenient to access than the phone itself, but should bring back warm memories of the old beeper days. I'd also be concerned as to how this would play with other bt devices like headsets connected to the phone at the same time. They list operating range, but suspiciously leave out battery life. Finally, though Expansys lists some (seemingly random) compatible devices, Sony only claims compatibility with its own unpopular line of Android devices. I would think you shouldn't expect a whole lot of customer support from them if you're in the 99.999999999% of Android phone users who don't own an Xperia.
