Help Buffering Problem You Tube, Netflix.....

I having trouble viewing videos as they continually stop and start or buffer. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Is there a app that could help with this problem?

Pause the video and let the load bar go all the way to the end. Then hit play.

I only get buffering when my connection is crappy. You can also try using Wifi if it's available.
