Hello Everyone,

My name is Alberto, I am Italian.
Today 13 July, I received the update to Jelly Bean on my Galaxy Nexus.
So...now I have a problem. Very important problem!
After the update, (I use GO SMS PRO for the sms) I can not insert my password on my private box.
Has anyone had the same problem?
Please, Help Me! It's very important for me.
I already try whit backup and restore but it isn't work.
Tanks all,
Alberto.

Not sure what would be causing that, but maybe go sms is not yet compatible with Jelly Bean?

I don't know if GO SMS is compatible with JB.
If I'd know that with update my app GO SMS does't work, I'd the first backup and now I had no problem.
I hate these problems. I need read those sms very hurry
sorry my english Bren and thanks.

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? It probably is an app thing though that the app dev needs to update it.

Biker27, I don't use native app because I need a private's directory whit some contacts.
The native app don't have this function. :(

No idea if this would help:

In the phone settings go to Backup & Restore and disable Automatic Restore. Uninstall Go SMS. Using a file browser, rename any folders dealing with Go SMS (so you'll have a backup). Reinstall Go SMS.

Not sure if that will work, but seems you've tried everything else so it couldn't hurt. ;)
