[Bug] S Planner alert NEVER dismiss

Hello everybody, I've been having some kind of trouble the last 4 days with my android S Planner.

I'm using a Galaxy S3, 4.1.2 non-rooted phone.

So here is the problem. I set up a task event call "Buy tickets" May 10th and programmed to to reminded (alarm/alert) on the same day by noon.

A so it has started, my phone keeps ringing every 10 min to remind me to "Buy tickets" and when a hit dismiss or drag the "X" icon it won't stop. The task doesn't appear on the calendar anymore, because I've deleted.

I've tried the reset factory, but when a log on my samsung account the thing starts all over again.

Does anyone have had something like it?
