2. If yes, do you know how to use adb?
3. If yes, can you point me to the ROM (stock or custom) that you'd like the build.prop file from?

What ROM did you delete build prop from? Stock or cm based?

dude, you are screwed. You will just have to flash stock with lg flash tool. Sorry.
