Is it just me? or the kickstand in the video looks pretty roughed up?
Because the material on the kick stand is easily scratched?
I can't imagine this guy (Phil Nickinson) has had the phone for long, wonder how he manged to do that

YouTube - How to swap the Sprint HTC Evo 4G microSD card

One would have to be pretty brave to carry the EVO without some sort of protection :D the camera lens and NOW from the looks of it, the kickstand...Hope everyone has ordered some type of case! :)

seems like a pain to remove the SD card as well, i wont be swapping sd cards much so i can careless

I was concerned it might be flimsy but every review that's mentioned its quality has said it is top-knotch. BTW, I don't think I'll be bulking up or covering up my EVO...Ive never been big on cases or screen protectors, really.

But guys why does it look so scratched? I thought this would convince people not to carry it around naked :D wear and tear that fast!

The kickstand is metal. it will not get scratched. it might look like it in the video because its supposed to have
a brushed chrome look.

i know exactly what you mean... companies spend time designing the phone to look great, and it does! so i don't have the heart to cover up the beauty... plus i want to show it off! :D

if anything i think i might get a screen protector though, it probably doesn't need it, but meh, the phones 50% screen, so might as well :)
