Help Built-In Splashtop...Sudden Issues?

Good Afternoon,
I have, most suddenly, began to experience issues with the version of Splashtop that comes with the Transformer Prime. Sometime in the last few days it's literally stopped working, and no amount of password-changing, manual-entering will allow it to actually connect to my computer. I've updated the version on the prime, and haven't yet updated my computer version, so I think I'll do that first.
Nonetheless, is anybody else experiencing problems so suddenly?

I just checked, and my splashtop remote continues to work without a problem. Sorry you are experiencing an issue. My prime hasn't updated the splashtop version recently, so you may be right that it is on the pc end if you recently updated your prime version of splashtop.

I don't bother with splashtop at all. I use Windows Live Mesh to control multiple windows PCs from each other, and Team Viewer to control PCs from my TPrime. I didn't want yet another application running on each of my computers.

If you haven't used Teamviewer, give it a try. And no, I don't work for Teamviewer, I just like their product. It's also easy to use if my parents need help with their computers. I can connect remotely using my tablet or phone (or PC) and they don't need to have anything preinstalled, I just send them to the TeamViewer web site for the one-time install.
