Help Built-in Timer is not corrupted?

The Timer feature on my Defy is wierd. The Timer tab in Alarm & Timer is empty. Please look at the screenshots. I tapped on the "Settings" and it did nothing and sometimes caused force close.

I have tried rebooting but it doesn't help.

Anybody has the same problem? Any solution?

Have you tried removing the battery from the phone, so that everything (time, date) resets?
