Bulk Edit Contacts?

Ok this is a bit of a weird request but I can't really find an answer anywhere.

Basically I need to find an application that will let you bulk edit contact numbers on an Android device.

The numbers were put from a Windows phone in Outlook onto an Android phone. But Android seems to use a different format and now all the numbers are wrong. Like instead of 0031(0)678954321 they are now 00310678954321 (without the brackets), which means none of the numbers work anymore.

Does anyone know if there is an app around that can help with this? There are a few hundred contacts to edit, so doing it manually isn't really an option...
It's pretty urgent I find this so any help is welcome!

I may be missing something obvious but why don't the numbers work without brackets? I'm assuming that the '0031 ' is an international code? I ask as I store all of my phone numbers in Outlook in international format with NO brackets. For instance, a UK numbert would be +44 1234 567890 ('+' is the international access code, '44' for the UK - changed to whatever is correct, '1234' - area code and '567890' the local number). I use MyPhoneExplorer to sync with my Android phone and the numbers all show up exactly the same as in Outlook.

As I said, have I missed something here?
