Apps Bulk Selling Applications

Hi,

We are developing an App that we will be looking to sell to an educational institution. The way we want to do is it is to sell the institution a single app a number of times (e.g. batch of 500)that they can distribute to their pupils.

Is there a mechanism for doing this? New to the world of app development and have been searching google to try and find if/how this is possible but I can't find anything particularly helpful.

Can anyone help?

I don't think there is a way to do this as a standard app store mechanism. The nearest thing would be if the educational institute gifted an app to the student, but you can't even do that on android.

So you'll almost certainly need to develop something for it.

Couple of questions:

- Is this something that people are logging on to?
- Is it going to be connected to some form of back-end service?
