Root Busybox install problem

I installed busybox installer app from market but it fails to install busybox to system/xbin, some problem about permission!
so what is the best way to install busybox?
if you suggest titanium backup it doesn't do it as it uses built-in busybox.

yes the phone is rooted, the permissions problem is with the busybox installer not superuser apk
I have googled this problem and it seams it is a Samsung rom issue.
I know of a way to get busybox which is flashing the upd_1.zip but I already have root and I don't like this package as it installs a lot of stuff, I would just like to install busybox only.

I'm experiencing a problem with busybox too, when i try to install custom applets ,the phone reboots.

I have issues too on S-OFF rooted HTC EVO $G LTE. Busybox Pro first reboots the system. Then when I run it again, and do an install or a smart install, it scrolls a list of apps by, and pops up saying "It looks like the install failed. Try a different location"
I tried nin and ninx with the same result, and also tried busybox installer.
I have 80 MB free in /system.
