Buttons for factory reset

on my huawei m660 wich button is my call button for factory reset

Call button? Look in settings for Backup and Reset or Security for an item called Factory Reset. (That sets your phone back to the way it was when it left the factory - all your data, apps and anything else you did will be gone. If that's not what you want to do, tell us what you do want to do.)

First take the battery out for five minutes and then put back in. Hold down the power, volume up and send buttons until in vibrates at the carrier screen.
