Help buttons not working

Can anyone help please,
The buttons on my n4, ie home back and the other one have stopped working.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it.

I take it you've tried a simple reboot yeah?

If you have an app that uses that area of the screen, does it respond to touch at all?

Thanks for the reply mate. I ended up doing a factory reset then rooted it and the problem was still there. I then put it back to stock and all is good.

Weird, normally if a problem exists after a factory reset, 99% of the time it's hardware.

Never mind though, as long as you're sorted.
