I'm planning to travel to Europe shortly. I have a new unlocked mini S5570, should I buy a sim card here in the states or wait until I arrive at my destination?
I'de like to have the ability to place calls back to the states & data capability while in Europe at a good rate.
Also would like to use the same phone in the US while in transit.
I've read so much lately about sim cards from soooooooo many different site and companies that I'm more confused that when I started.
