I am, unfortunately forced to use AT&T as they are the only company that services areas of US that I travel frequently. I am tired of AT&T bloatware so I thought I'd look into buying an unbranded S5 (or even wait for the S6 given the S5 reviews) then go start service with AT&T. I had some questions before taking this path:
1. Where can I buy an "unbranded" S5? (Does Samsung have brick and mortar locations?)
2. Will I be able to take any S5 to AT&T, put in the SIM, and get service?
3. Will AT&T upload bloatware when I start service with them?
PS: I am not one for rooting but I know that is an option. I am just concerned that I will brick the phone.
