why when buying apps you have to use your credit card, and not get it taken on your credit like with other phone plans?

IIRC, what the OP is looking for is supposedly in the works. As for the "why", it just is.
Probably depends on your carrier/location. I had to look yours up, since I wasn't even sure it's a real place!![]()
hahaha it's real, but would it be my location???
does it come off your plan? or added to the total cost of your bill??
also do i need an android accout or anything???? so it doesnt need my credit card?
I simply make all my Market purchases with a credit card. It sure seems to me I've seen the option to add certain things to one's phone bill; I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm mistaken. I might be thinking of something other than the Market.
You do need a Google (Gmail) account to sign into the Market. Once that is established you can get apps and make purchases for those things that require payment. Also, your Google keeps track of your downloads and more importantly your purchases, which is good if for some reason you need to re-download a paid app.
Thank you for that, helps me alot.
thought you couldnt browse the market if you didnt have a google account?

100% true and that is what he was saying.
yes but no one has answers my orignal question, witch is why do i have to use a credit card instead of it being taken from my plan?
That's simply how the system is set up. I vaguely remember reading of the option being a possibility on other carriers in the future, but right now it's just not an option for most apps. I'm not trying to be flippant, rather stating what is.
