Buying Galaxy S5/Tempered glass

Im looking to buy the S5 from a retail store with the Virgin mobile carrier. Last time I went to radioshack and bought it there. They didnt show it in the front and we're hiding it in the back. Any ideas?

Also I plan on buying some sort of heavy duty/comfortable case along with the tempered glass. What case would you recommend? I need one that allows the tempered glass to be applied.

why would you apply tempered glass? That makes no sense, the screen is awesome as it is. I would think that would mess with the touchscreen.

I have the otter box on my s5.
It is heavy duty.
I think its the defender model.
If you should break it otter box has a no hassle replacement policy.

I got the tempered glass and it has no effect on the touch screen at all. The only "issue" I would say is that the home button is slightly below the surface of the tempered glass. It's a little harder to press but you get used to it quickly.

Put a tempered GLASS screen protector from Invisible Shield by Zagg on mine. Crystal clear and excellent oleophobic coating that significantly reduces finger prints and smudges. It actually has a very 'soft' smooth feel. I know it's 45$ but I think it's worth every dime with a lifetime guarantee. Installed in 40 seconds.
