Root Bye kinguser crap hi supersu :)

I was able to get this to work, thanks... but did get lots of errors in terminal emulator, it did not delete kingroot but did replace it, I was able to then just delete kingroot, reboot and SU took care of rooting needs....... Titanium Backup works now, did not work under kingroot.

Awesome im glad you got it to work and i hope more people see it :). Strange when i ran it it deleted all the king crap, i did find the apk was still there but got rid of it with a file manager, cheers!

Been debating using Kingroot to root my Volt2. Now that this option is available I may give it a go. Just not sure about Kingroot.

Wouldn't it be easier to just flash a SuperSU Zip from chainfire.com? That's what I did on my old phone
You have to have a way to get it on first, which requires root. Unfortunately, some people found KingRoot before finding the methods we have posted in the rooting guide here.
