bypass and remove reactivation gear 3 frontier

Hi Purchased a Gear 3 frontier watch from Private party,,, now i cant get through or reset the activation lock

You very likely can't bypass it, as it's a security feature to try and stop stolen devices from been sold and fenced. Think only thing you can do is go back to the 'private party' who sold you it.
