My C925 Ultratab by Jazz has no play store application.
I am unable to install any application because of the missing play store application. When I tried to install Google Chrome from the browser, it gave an error message stating that I need to use my play store app with my Google account.
I have contacted their support, but the promised email with file and instructions has never arrived. I know nothing about Android, and wonder if anyone could help me on how to update or upgrade my device.
Currently it runs the original Android 4.0 operating system. I tried a factory reset, but it only resets the user data.
